i agree get some coilovers, it will make a slow KA feel faster...it' makes it alot more fun. What coilovers? well that depends on your budget you can get some entry level megan streets for like 800-900 or you can get high level Stance's at 1300ish or HKS ones, Apexi ones, etc. check Tougefactory out (there local to Chicago but there expensive)then get some RUCA (rear upper control arm's) so your camber isn't all fucked up.

then since everyone else is gonna tell you "get a 5spd conversion"

from my experiance exhaust's and intake's don't do ALOT on a stock KA so if you wanna keep the KA try and find stuff used. or decied if your gonna swap it?

Do you value your kidneys? Gonna be takin some ruff hits on coils. Since you don't know much about cars, don't go spend happy just yet. You should ride in a few cars with different mods and see how you like them. I personally don't like how a slammed car rides and could care less about how baller it looks. I'm happy on a basically refreshed suspension. I run 1-1/2 tein drop springs and kyb GR2 struts which is slightly stiffer and better performing than stock.

You should do those free mods to help you become more familiar with your car.

idk i personally like the sr20 but ka-t's are rad but not as reliable i think. Ive never ridden in an rb so idk but i love the sound of them. take a ride in bens car then mine at the meet. its really preference i prefer the sr20 cuz its light and powerfull. And its like Nissans version of the chevy 350 parts are everywhwere cuz allot of people gotem.

what where u thinking about?

oh and if ecko ever gets dough he's doing the ka-t on his hatch.
