i boosted 24psi one time without a problem.. my boost controller went a little mad and spiked, and that wasnt even the night i blew my motor

is your s13 going to be a DD or track only ?
im runing 12 psi on the low and 14 on the hi end whit the spect 2 gredy bust controler it is all about the tune

iirc,
t25 13psi, the turbo itself could do ~15psi ok but stock fueling is maxed out already.

...anymore boost then I'd recommend upgrading atleast the headgasket, IC and fuel system/tune.

gt2560r/gt28r s15 spec r, efficiently 16psi some do 17-18psi but that's pushing it.
