So which would you go with and why........

Do the electrical gauges read correct?

Which are easier to install and easier to fix if something goes wrong?

Never really used mechanical, electric is easier to install in some cases especially on newer cars because everything has a sensor these days and you can just tap into that.

i would never use a mechanical gauge besides a boost gauge. Think bout it, would u want high pressure fuel, oil, or coolant traveling in a tube into your car? think bout what would happen if that tube breaks!

electrical all the way..

I had a buddy who bought some of those cheap autozone gauges that are mechanical and he ended up with oil all over the inside of his car lol. It wasn't a pretty mess.

You are not NHRA legal if you run fluids in the car with a mechanical gauge. I had good luck with the autometer ones that had the electronic sender.
