i give u props on stickin with a NA KA... the KA is a great motor, i just always chose to boost it. Prolly cuz i can make a kick ass turbo setup for it for under a grand

I originally went through that whole "I wanna SR" then it changed to maybe a KA-t do to the parts availability/cost. And then I started doing a lot of deciding on what i wanted out of the car and decided a NA KA with few mods would be good for daily/drift. Since drifting isn't all about power, but rather knowing the car you're driving. I do however want to build a car similar to yours (lilskyline), but not as a daily.

yeah i know what u mean. My car has problems drifting at speeds below like 45 because in 1st and 2nd gear the tires just light up and i dont get any traction with them. And as most people should know u NEED traction to drift and maintain control. This summer im completely tearin my car down to nothing and rebuilding it part by part and makin a perfect chassis to compliment my motor. Cant do that til i get my other coupe up and running with a stock KA in it for a daily driver

the more the better when workin on cars lol i tend to do alot of drinkin while workin on cars so i figure if we start out with like 6 sober ppl by the time we almost done all our efforts together will equal one sober person lol

Yeah i tend to do that too. I go through a 6 pack every time i gotta change my oil. 1 before i start 2 after i pull the drain plug 1 after i remove the filter 1 while i dump in the new oil and 1 when i'm all done. lol.

Lol, just let me know when you start workin on it. What are your plans for interior? My friend and i have started a little project for a gauge cluster that fits in the center vents. But instead of having it flat and tilted up like the cheap ones, we're making ours outta fiberglass that are turned towards the driver

Pretty sure I should cut back with the drinking and my car... I don't even remember pulling my motor out of the car during my motor swap.. but the next morning woke up and was like wtf how am i in bed, then go outside and was like wtf when did my motor get out of the car... WAYYY to much vodka that night.

Which reminds me ben.. you got beer for this weekend for changing an O2 sensor and the tranny fluid...

More practice drinking and working on cars, if you have the drinking part down then its a slow transition into drinking and doing other things

Oh it was just the ridiculous amount... I mean i got it out fine and nothing broken, just dont remember it. I drink and do everything lol, its that much more fun because its a challenge... Like when your annihilated walking is so much more fun because it's hard to do....

Oh definitely!! I get the best ideas wasted, but seem to be one of the only people to do them.. That's impressive though, i tried riding a pedal bike wasted walking back to the dorms and i literally like tipped over straight into a puddle, so yours turned out good lol. Plenty of good drunk stories, most my stories start off "well.. we were drinking one night.." lol

Yep same here, but come to think of it i'm one of the only ones to do fun stuff when i'm drunk

i got so many stories like that to "well.. i was really messed up and..." lol those seriously make the best nights. Especially when u dont really remember it. Your just relying on your friend who actually remembered the night before to tell u what u did. lol



and yeah kori i have that rest of that 30 pack of Coors but i might be drinkin that with scott tomorrow while doin his car. So i can always pick up some bottles when we do ur o2 sensor and trans fluid.. When do u want to do it?

Otherwise straight jack, johnny, or crown for the dark stuff

And not picky when it comes to mixed shots

id much rather drink Jack or captain

but when it comes to beer im not picky.. Coors goes down good and comes in a 30 pack lol
