LIL rant need advice!

I ordered some parts back in the first part of Jan. from Peak Boost and i stiill havent gotten them yet.....every time i call and get someone they tell me the parts should be shipped by the end of the week, or there was a prob. with the parts and we had to ship them back cause there was something wrong with them...or the guy that I have been talking to isn't there...thats when I can get someone to answer the phone.......Alot of times I can try to call all week and get a message saying ( if you have received this message during our normal business hours we are expericancing a high call volume please leave a message) well I have left several messages and no one ever calls back.

I might not be so pissed if it was just a couple hundred dollars but I have spent a lil over 3 grand and received nothing from them.

I;m just not sure where to go from here with this issue. Any advice would help out alot.

keep calling them or do the o so useful BBB (better business bureau) threat say you'll report them, they'll talk to you then

I agree with Kyle, Keep calling and Get ahold of the BBB.
