well i havent done shit. too many setbacks. im still in high school and night school. no time for a job and im broke ass shit. its a dam. like i said too many damn set backs. so far ive had to replace both front tires from the stupid ass city potholes. then my damn power steering went bad and i was out in the cold all friggin freezing. but its fixed. and now the most recent thing that REALLY pissed me off. i took a peak under my wing, FUCK, rust. doesnt look too bad tho so hopefuly its fix able. im so pissed cause of that. ugh . as for 2009, im just trying to achieve getting low, some diamond racing wheels for temps, and suspension mods. im also slowly piecing together a 5 speed swap parts. might do minor aero. idk all depends on the job i get over the summer....


as for next year:

The Top 10 Reasons Speed Limits Should Be Removed

1. With the way prices are climbing on fuel traveling on planes is going to continue to be expensive.

2. We should at least consider removing speed limits on highways, turnpikes, and free ways. By doing so people will obviously be able to get from one place to another faster.

3. The price of air fare lets say from Detroit to New York is right around $300 and it takes about 1.5 hours to get there. You have to take into consideration the hour you have to be there before the flight which is a two hour process. And the 30 minutes after the flight for your bag and the hour to get where ever your going. This is 4-5 hour process. If you could do 100 mph in your car you would be there in about 6 hours at a cost of about $125 at current fuel prices with a car that gets 30 mpg. Now if you travel with just one other person this one way trip would cost about $75 a person for an extra two hours saving about $225. Makes sense to me.

4. I know people say that higher speeds will cause more accidents, but an accident at 70 mph or one at 100 mph is going to have the same result. Also, nobody is making you drive 100 mph. If you want to do 70 than stay in the far right lane. Let’s make it a choice for us.

5. Airports would be less congested and can concentrate on the larger routes to keep prices low and less people would be taking short flights when they could just drive.

6. A good test would be to get rid of the speed limits from at least between the hours of 7pm and 6am on the highways. This is when a lot of people that are really trying to get somewhere fast travel anyways.

7. You wouldn’t here about people talking on their phones or eating when they are holding the steering wheel at 100 mph. Drivers would have to be more in tuned with what they are doing.

8. Fine people that cause accidents for being in the fast lane and not getting over to let other people pass. Of course you can only fine them if an accident occurs but this promotes a better flow of cars. There is no such thing as a “passing lane” or “fast lane” because all three lanes have the same speed limit. How are you going to pass somebody without breaking the law if you are both doing 70 mph? You can’t.

9. This would lessen our need for Highway Patrol officers. They would not need to be sitting underneath an over pass because they are no speed limits now. We can put cameras every couple of miles to see when an accident happens to alert a emergency crew. The Germans have a system like this in place already.

10. Would force the government to take better care of the roads. Maybe now they would make the roads thicker so they would not need as many repairs. This creates a better driving experience and less time replacing sections of roads every other year just to create jobs. How about do it right the first time.
