Budget SR Swap Empty Budget SR Swap

Name: Michael Age: 19 Car: 1992 Nissan 240sx Objective: $1000-$1200 DD SR swap

This is my first project build(and i am doing it on a budget) so bare with me.
So, this is my 240, its a little beat up.

And this is my SR donor. The guy got rear ended by a van and the gas tank exploded. The engine bay was untouched. The only part of the harness that was damaged was the plug for the ecu and the wires inside the cabin. I picked it up for about $850.

$850=
Redtop SR motor and tranny
CxRacing aluminum radiator with duel electric fans
1 piece steel driveshaft
FMIC and piping
Spare rebuilt t25
3 in exaust ( entire exhaust is in good condition except for a 4in. spot that got crimped)
A couple of spare stockies with good tires
Ebay short throw shifter
Pignose lip
Misc. clamps, hoses, nuts, bolts
The swap harness might also be useable, And maybe the SR ECU, but I'm not sure if the ECU was damaged in the fire.

I will add more pics later of everything that i got off the car before i scrapped it.

I Pulled the SR a couple of days ago and now i am working on the wiring harness. Does anyone know weather or not i could cut the ECU plug of my KA harness and use it on the SR harness? Or does someone have the pinouts for the KA and SR ECU?

I'm sure i probably left something out. Any useful opinions and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Your jackstand/wheel tire arrangement is super janky.

Otherwise, game on.

I wouldn't worry about the ECU until it's time to crank. Then you'll know if it the ECU works or not. Just save $150-ish on the side in case.
