Bassbin Twins were born in Los Angeles, moved to Belgium, and are now based in San Francisco. Started in 1992 simply because of a "love for the beats", they've recorded for Skint, Belgian Breaks, Southern Fried, and others, as well as their own numerous one off independents with over 50 bass pounding releases.
A live Bassbin Twins show is a remix of all their favorite music. Their innovative tunes range from breaks to house to drum 'n bass. Anything and everything can get woven into the mix. Vaski has been producing for a number of years. Coming from the electro side, his dubstep exploits stand out from the traditional sound. "What I’m really trying to do is move things forward. Music is all about progression, progression within the music, and within the scene." He first heard dubstep at a 3-day camping event. He experienced it the way it should be, played live on a good system. Upon having his face thoroughly melted, he began to write dubstep. Now with several releases out under Rottun Recordings, Vaski is on his way to pumping the masses full of his style of arguably the most popular electronic style of the last 10 years.
