brake light fuse keeps blowing?

hey guy's my buddy keeps having with his brake light fuse blowing out all the time.

anyone know what usually is a fix for this?

bad ground? or some sort of switch by the pedal? if so what does a "bad" switch look like?

My 2cents..

Possible wrong fuse (too small).

Possible short (open wire rubbing on something).

Possible wrong bulbs causing to much draw and popping the fuse.

My car just started blowing my audio fuse but i think its the speaker. Yet my radio is off and it still blows (i m getting pissed off) can't spend money on audio need my ka bottom end build for boost. Fuck need more doe

this also happened to me last week. first it was my third brake lights i installed then the pair went out. double checked the wiring to find out that a rat has chewed some insulating rubber on the wires. it was a puzzle when it comes to wiring in my car just a pain in searching it.
