this project has ended because my apartment complex was bein gas as AIDS bout me workin on a car and leavin it outside in a parking spot. I guess a comopletely stripped car is an eye sore to ppl....

so EVERYTHING in the pictures if for sale off the car. The chassis was taken away the other day but it was COMPLETELY stripped. I have the doors with windows and trunk lid, front end, lights. Pretty much anything u would need

because he's 21 almost 22 and it's lame to live with your parents the best years of your life... so if you can afford to move out why would live with your parents and their rules and bullshit? Saving money isnt an excuse at 22..

i call pretty much bullshit on that, but to each there own, i have 3 brothers and 1 sister and all of them lived at home till 24-25 or so. and they are all doing EXTREMLY well, and alot better then most people that moved out at 18-21 to "prove a point"

but to each there own, i admit it would be nice to to have to worry bout them, but then again, food, rent, etc for free you can't beat.

ah well most likely next year i'll get a house. so that's cool.

Where did the making something of themselves come in? Where was the success mentioned?

And if your 18-21 and can support yourself comfortable while going to school then i think your doing pretty good for yourself.

I guess i personally never really liked relying on my parents to pay for anything, sure the free rent and food is nice but other than that they never paid for anything lol..

Just saying living at home is pretty lame when you 21+

i must just have had the good life because i NEVER had rules or bullshit

lol me either really.. i mean the basics but no curfew or drinking b.s... but i had the no drinking and driving rule and the no F's in school lol, but i didnt have to go as long as i had good grades.. i liked living at home.

It's just less to worry about like disappointing them. Shit i still visit my rents all the time when i'm living in Whitewater and i talk to my mom every other day... Its not like moving out because you in nick's term "want to prove a point"... it's the fact that its more fun, freedom, independence.. I value enjoying my life and having fun over saving money. Money is there to be spent.. i rather know i can make it on my own then be at home "saving". I want to enjoy every minute i have while im young so i guess i see where ben is coming from on his reasoning.

Ben, "So your parents wouldnt care about you and nick fucking in front of them?"

i never said anything about proving a point...
all i said is i never had rules.
and in my opinion renting an apt is a waste of money, why pay for something that will never be yours? thats just my .02

Ben, "So your parents wouldnt care about you and nick fucking in front of them?"

i rather be home "saving" then out spending money (in my opinion stupidly) renting a apartment that i will NEVER own. so in my thoughts staying at home a few years to save to buy a house is alot nicer. but to each there own.

and the whole "fucking in front of them, do you two fuck each other infront of your roommates? Doubtful.....

so that blows that theory out of the water, i can go down to my room or one of the other 15+ rooms in my house to fuck her if i want when they are here and they will never know.

Jesus christ, chill out you guys. If Ben wants an apartment and you want to live with your folks whatever. Who gives a shit. Imposing your values/priorities on others is pointless (and this goes for all of you).
