I tried a new maf, still does it.

think its gonna be ecu but im going to triple check the gap on the plugs

Not sure if you ever tried a new fuel filter but its pretty cheap to replace and who knows might be the problem.

if i was u id do a leak down test u might be getting alot of blow by in that cylinder thats misfireing. have u singled the cylinder thats misfireing

im going to try closing the gap a little on the spark plugs see if that helps any

I dont think messing with the spark plug gap, would fix the problem...

it could be your boost controller also.bypass the boost controller and see what happens

I had kinda the same problem, mine was coming from faulty ignitor wiring. U might want to give that a try.
