Re: Winter is coming
That's the answer I needed. It looks like I should try to find a nice P.O.S. beater to drive in the winter and just store mine. I'd feel much more comfortable that way anyways. Keep my car nice and fresh

Re: Winter is coming
Well that didn't take long. I just got a 1989 Mazda 323 for FREE!!! Hahaha. It does have a broken driver's side lower control arm, but I found one online brand new OE for $75. Winter beater car for $75. Not too shabby

Re: Winter is coming
Lmao. Well, my two best friends own a very small landscaping business, like 4 workers small, and they did a job and got paid $500 and a car, this 89 Mazda 323. It runs just fine, no problems with the engine or trans, but it does have a little rust and a busted driver's side lower control arm. They had intended to fix it up and sell it, but they lost interest so it sat in my buddy's driveway for the past 5 months. I called my friend, told him I wanted to buy it for a winter beater car and his exact words were, "if you want that thing, I'll give you it for free to get it out of my driveway". So I got a car for free =]
